SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are pleased to offer our returns policy in addition to your statutory rights. We kindly ask you to return the item in it's original and unspoilt condition together with your order summary within 14 days by post. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items were of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

By Post:

 With regards to returns please email contact@sylvanadavinci.co.uk to be given the correct returns address and instructions. Please mention your order number with the return request.

​Enclose the order summary with your parcel and write the returns address clearly on the outside.

​

Remember to get proof of postage at the post office. We recommend using recorded delivery as you will be responsible for lost packages. You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item was faulty or unfit for purpose.

Postal returns can take up to 5-7 days to be received and processed. 

​

We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post. You must ensure that the returned items are packaged  appropriately so as to avoid damage while in transit.
